Describe the issue you are experiencing: 3 of Level 62 Elite “Joan the Faithless” are spawning at the Covenant Shrine and are killing new Players trying to Sign up to Covenant. As the underdog faction, we’re getting screwed cause no one can sign up for yellow.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: no clue. but they retreat after we get them to below 50 % hp and so are immortal.
