Hello! I have a problem. I claimed 3 drops from twitch, and didnt get in game. I have connected twitch with steam and amazon. Notnig. What i can do more ? Steam and amazone support can’t help

I understand you’re missing some Twitch loot.
If both your Twitch and Amazon are linked, let’s do the following:
Go to the “Item Claim” section in the bottom left of the Store page in-game and search for the loot there.
For Cosmetics, Those should be visible in the “Change Skin” option on any armor piece.
If they still don’t show up, unlink and link all your accounts again here: Twitch Drops | New World - Open World MMO PC Game.
If the loot is still missing please submit a web ticket here.

Thans. Still nothing. I reconeced my acc on yours Website. Still nothing in store in game
