Hello, after the update my eye skin disappeared from the drops and I did not get the last reward from prime gaming to my in-game account even though everything is connected correctly. Unfortunately contacting support did not help and I still did not get those items.
I think the Indigo Flame Twitch Drops might have the wrong inventory icon. If you didn’t receive the most recent drops, please reach out to Twitch’s Support team.

I think what he meant is that the eye skin disappeared from the players who already had it, I was using it for a while now only to log in and find out it was gone
Are you sure it’s not just under the wrong icon? That’s what a lot of players are saying.
I went through every headgear skin, it’s not there 
It should look like this.
