My apologies about the issue you are experiencing. Can you please help me with more information about the issue?

Is the game crashing when you launch it on full screen? Is it freezing? Does the game look weird with the full screen?

Also, please check and try the following steps:

I am sorry about the performance issues you are experiencing.

Please run a file check and try the next troubleshooting:

Troubleshooting Frame Rate & Performance Issues.

When finished with those steps please also try this:

• Refresh Credentials:

1. From the Start menu, begin typing ‘cmd’.
2. In the results that populate, right-click the Command Prompt result and select Run as administrator.
3. Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter. Wait a few seconds and when the command prompt appears, proceed to the next step.
4. Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
5. Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
6. Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
7. Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.

• Toggling IPv6:

1. From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
2. Select Network and Internet.
3. In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
4. When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
5. Select Properties. Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
6. Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
7. Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
8. Try launching the game again. A PC restart may be necessary.

• Shut down the computer completely. Turn it on, then run the Steam client as administrator and try the game again.

If steps above didn’t help please re-install the game and try again.

Game does not crash when launching. Game is in fullscreen just does not go fullscreen. As you can see in my screen shot it has Uninitialized-Bug Me next to resolution. Try changing my resolution but nothing happens. Tried reinstalling game still have the same problem. Also refreshed credentials and turned off IPV6 then restarted computer. Still not solution. I change my resolution on my pc down to 1600 X 900 what the resolution is stuck on in the game and it goes fullscreen then. Just never had this problem before update. Never have to turn down resolution on my pc to have the game go fullscreen before update

To find the logs:

Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
Send the most recent files from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups. (Please upload the information to a cloud as google drive and send me the link to the cloud)
