Bug/Quest: Scourge of Aeon Madness

Hello , i have some problem to end quest name: Scourge of Aeon Madness. I was gather all items which i need to done this quest and now i need to craft Imothep`s Remedy. I dont see recipe on Arcane repository or using camps. I try to restart game , quest , relog and afther that it doesnt work too. Can you help me and fix it ?
