Problematic spawn during war - Weaver's Fen

During Weaver’s Fen war, attacker’s side, I chose to respawn at C point. Problem is there is an actual spawn … in a tree. I try to unstuck 4 times without success, to relog 2 times without success, to dash out with Fleche, Skewer, Charge and Relentless Rush still without success, to finally being stuck for 15mn in this fking tree. Finally, I’ve been kick from the war and couldnt come back in it.
