Problems with AMD Graphic card?

Hey!

I have some problems and i think its because i have an AMD graphics card.
My friends got all NVIDIA and they have 0 problems… i get problems the more longer i play… if i play 1-2h straight then my game is getting buggy… enemys are glitching, i attack in slow motion … and some more problems… if i restart the game the problems are gone… but just for the first 1-2hours. And i cant always relog after 2h because of the queue.
Anyone else have same problems with AMD graphic card?

I’m on AMD, no issues, playing on maxed out settings.

i wonder whats the problem here… no high end pc but MID, no bad internet… all drivers updated before… but same problems as i had in the open Beta :frowning:

go to settings try i believe in preference set uncapped fps to 60 fps it may resolve some heating issues. I could be wrong though. Here’s hoping

Did you get the New World ready new drivers?

Yesterday i started Driver Updater in Steam and did an update for my graphic card. Think that must be it?

No problems with AMD here al runs smooth on 4k if i get passed the que again :slight_smile:

I don’t know if it’s that specifically, but you might want to check your driver version and look here for the right one:

just had a look, my Version is 21.7.2 - but if i klick on download 21.9.2 the download is completed after 2sec but doesnt install anything… if i refresh amd software it displays 21.7.2 version again… isnt it possible if i have new world open to donload? dont want to cancel the queue :smiley:

I’m not positive, so don’t take this as gospel, but I don’t think you’ll be able to upgrade your drivers while you’re in the game. :frowning:

okay i cancel queue, at least i know that i get the driverupdate that supports New World :smiley:
Thank you very lot for your help, either way u could play New World but u are helping me so much :wink: not everyone would do that, 99% wanna grind hard^^

Software is now 21.9.2… Queue pos. 820… but i hope its fixed with the new update for NewWorld now :smiley:

Unfortunately, as in the beta, even now the game crashes randomly with amd timeout error. I thought that in the final version certain things were fixed, the betas are for this…

I have this problem too. Unfortunately, with the new driver, the error is even worse and occurs sooner than with an earlier version. the end is always the same, black screen and the machine restarts the gpu even though it is running at 100%
