Professions have been reset. why?

Hello, I have such a problem, I came back to the game after a year and I see that some of my professions have been lvl lowered or reset, what is the reason for this? I had a tree somewhere at 150 lvl, the same mining, fishing too. Why do I have these professions reset now?

:smiley: i Think u had the professions @ 200 and now it displayed “0” - but your professions @ 200 and now you can make more levels and at each checkpoint you became a cache and rewards. :wink:

I apologize for the experience yo’re currently having with the professions, I fully understand after you came back after all this time you found this situation really frustrating. I also want to thank Ne0tr0nic for all the help provided.

Due to the nature of this issue; I’d suggest you to please help us escalate this behavior to the developer’s team contacting Amazon Games Customer Support using the link below so they can help you with your request including your logs; Keep handy the following information:

  • Character Name.
  • Region.
  • World / Server.
  • Logs.
  • This Forum post (link).

Here you are the steps to get this information just in case you need it:

  • To find the DxDiag:

Press Windows + R, type “dxdiag” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
Click the Display tab and you can see information about your video card under the Device section. Please write down that information.

  • To find the logs:
  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

Hello, I am contacting you again on the same matter. Nasty, but I’ve been waiting for the 4th day and no one from the supprot was interested in it, no answer whatsoever. If amazon approaches players like this, congratulations.
