Pretty sure the last time they shut the market down they specifically said they were confident they could remove all of the items/gold generated from the dupes and punish the players responsible accordingly.
I have much doubt in that, but I don’t doubt they can at least punish enough of the less savvy offenders to give the perception they’re fixing things.
Irrelevant discussion to be honest, ship has sailed on a fair and balanced economy in this game for at least the next tier of content.
Thats the exact peoblem with wording like ‘…wil be actioned’ that can mean anything from a conact saying you are naughty dont do it again, 1 hour ban a 24 hour ban, uou get to to keep the gold/you dont. They leave so much space to translate what you want people are saying no bans and they keep their stuff. This perception makes people leave.
Heres an example of another MMOs statement on how they were going to deal with an exploit :
‘Due to the nature of the exploit and the clear intent of those who abused it, they’ve been issued notices and given temporary suspensions from the game. We’re also working to remove all items from those who used the exploit’.
1 Sentence and the issue is clear.
They’re trying to fix duppers, again… It’s time New World throws down the BIG ban hammer. No 24-hour ban, a COMPLETE ban.

If you think 100% of the duppers that caused this to happen again are new to dupping in new world, then you can still live this illusion as you please.
I believe that the OP phrased himself poorly or is being dishonest with a point he is trying to make.
There is a chance that he is asking for people that have had 24h bans due to duping but the way he wrote it doesn’t differentiate between people not banned at all and people receiving 24h bans. That not all people who duped are banned I think has been proven already even by OPs standards, he seems to ignore those arguments.
Seeing his responses in this thread though makes me think that it is more likely that he just wants to tell people to stfu if they don’t have any proof and he seems to ignore the reasoning that actually answers the question the way it is phrased. That is just my interpretation though.
You want dupers to proof in the official forums that they are already active on their main accounts after trade the materials from second/ third accs and put the gold into economy?
Well that’s smart. Witch hunting back in the days would be more fair than that. 
It does not matter if the dupers get banned as long as they use expendable accounts and get away with the duped items on their main accounts.
The duping in itself needs to be fixed.
well dupers are back in game and saying in global it is totally worth it because they got to keep there stuff. bragging it was only a lame 24 hour ban.
so amazon cripples the economy to save the economy and then we all get taxed on property we dont get to benefit from. this game sucks.

Someone posted screenshots here of a person who was banned and their conversation with a dev or support. They said their were not any ruled regarding gold duping, and they said their account had been reactivated. Then he provided a screenshot of over 3 mill gold And a conversation between the poster here and the duper, saying “dude they unbanned me!”

Also, here’s another protip: People can edit pictures.
Here’s the most important actual fact:
DEVS HAVE STATED THEY HAVE PERMABANNED PEOPLE PURPOSELY DUPING ITEMS/GOLD.
If you believe random screenshots with no proof behind them over the devs, nothing will convince you.
What exactly would be proof for you? A person uploading a youtube video where they show themselves cheating and only getting a 24 hour ban?

See this here is the problem…I guess the good folks at AGS have never heard about money laundering…or gold laundering in this case.
The question is “Why do you really need proof?”
Like what good is that gonna do for you.
And why would they lie about it? What is there to gain from lying and why wouldn’t they just ban them?
If they lie then that would essentially just cause more trouble for them as the exploiters remain ingame and will continue wrecking whatever community they are trying to build up here.
This post just doesn’t make sense to me, why would they focuz on one individual and think “Well hey this one dude Rezdan really needs proof that we banned them so we better fix up alot of screenshots and give it too him because you know, he really is into this ‘dont ban conspiracy thing’”, like chill go play ur game, stop being so damn entitled
