Proposal: Scale Azoth cap based on Staff Tier

No Azoth Staff = 500 Azoth cap
T1 = 1000
T2 = 1500
T3 = 2000
T4 = 2500
T5 = 3000
** Added bonus to T5 staff: any excess azoth produced over 3k will create a vial of suspended azoth

I think this allows more fast travel, more tree respecs, and definitely better end-game crafting.
Crafters will be able to save up plenty of azoth for more roll chances on gear

Also helps add some QOL for the level 60 players by providing a potential income stream by selling Azoth Vials on AH
