Providing suggestions to stop the death of the game

Yeah as you should, since you earned it by being the best no doubt in it.

BUT, there are more companies like yours who control the same amount of wealth like you do. They are part of some websites and sell gold daily for real money. It is turning the game to a pay2win game because in the end if you have gold you can get anything expect of skills.

If you scroll up i admitted that the odds are skewed towards the defender and want more competitive wars. We still won our EF offense in less than 10 mins though so i mean that’s not really an excuse why people suck.

Not talking about you personally or your company personally but on many servers it is a shit show with the current system.

Besides you have just proved my point, you are able to keep everything up and have millions in excess each week… towns shouldn’t have millions in excess each week even if they win every damn invasion.

Tells me the the tax system is broken and gives too much, tells me house tax could be removed altogether and the towns would still have plenty of coin for upgrades and upkeep.

Lets take it a step further you could also lock the coins to the town bank to be sure that coin is being used for the town only like taxes are meant to be used on.

Again if you think welp I won a war so I am special and need MOAR rewards than what participating in the war gives you then it should be adjusted there, hell there’s even some good suggestion on how AGS could implement certain benefits to be in the company that owns that town on top of the benefits of being in the faction that owns the area.

Frankly however I think the rewards should just come from participating in war and doled out by the system and not by the company leader via town coin…that’s a silly design just ripe for abuse which has frankly been proven a fact these last couple months.

Yeah i hate the RMT with a passion and that definitely ruins games. Would be great if AGS could do literally anything to combat that i agree. Sad that takes place forsure. I just don’t understand how a company like that would stay together. Are the best pvpers really gonna stick around just so they can help one dude make real money with nothing in return? If i knew it was the situation id change fations and declare on them myself.

Most likely they all sell, all consuls but still I hate it as well.

Oh yeah i mean it’s terrible game design from the start like WTF were they thinking forsure. I don’t think being able to make significant income is the problem per se the money is made up and the economy is a joke but yeah having all the power concentrated in just a few hands is a bad idea. I think just have it automatically split between everyone in the company and let it trickle down haha. Because the system is so retarded in the first place why not?

Then you shouldnt be afraid If you lose Access to taxes, since you are so skilled, you don’t need the best Gear anyways.

Still your anecdotal evidence doesn’t overrule the fact that the tax system is a huge contributor to why you’re bored and why you can’t have those competitive wars you speak of. Territory owners should receive weekly rewards of flat amounts of Asmodeum and stuff with diminishing returns based on the weekly usage of their towns, but they definetly should never be getting ~1000 asmodeum per day per territory. That’s asinine.

I mean in pvp anyone can get 2 perk purples for their build and a 600 gs weapon for relatively cheap honestly and be competitive. BIS is nice but you don’t need it to be effective or participate in war.

That doesn’t fix the major flaws and does not help the 95% of the playerbase that is currently quitting the game because of said flaws.

The playerbase is down with this last patch not just cause of bugs etc, it’s many things but that major culprits…the house tax and the current way companies are lining their pockets with town coin.

AGS made these system expecting I dunno that people would adhere to the honor system…lol and probaly also thought oh well it will encourage more war and fight for towns and peeps will fix bad compnaies like this however that just shows a lack of experience ont heir part.

What will happen is like in other games where such is an issue, people will try at first some harder than others then just get tired of all the BS and leave or try and hurry an join the “winning” faction before faction switching is locked down.

Ultimately this leads to a static system were people just don’t care anymore and will simply stop playing when farming gold all day long to pay their house tax for your might overlords to line their pockets becomes to boring.

I’d agree the housing tax needs a second pass, I’d also say the storage system is pretty cumbersome to a lot of play styles and has negative impacts on all players and needs a second pass

There’s a difference Between perks and good perks. The difference is a shit Ton of Gold, but ofc. for you thats Peanuts.

It’s almost like we need new world a realm reborn and they need to just re release the game in maybe 2 years when its ready haha

For pvp all you need is the weapon perk you need 590+gs and resilient or freedom. You can pick up pieces like that for around 10k on my server.
Voidbent is like under 10k right now thats perfectly fine too if you don’t need a weapon perk in that slot.’
Legendary weapons more accessible than ever through dungeons i got like 8 today.

The problem with this is that this system is hurting lots pf pvers that dont pvp or rarely do so like I said people will just leave because the system is impacting pve far too much.

Look at it this way… you like it right now that you make 10k a day because you’re a pvper and hate gold farming and don’t want to pve, I guess to earn you own gold but expect pvers that do not like pvp to pvp just to what get WW town taxes lowered to 5% from 10% when they maybe hate pvping?

You expect them to do this to fix the economy? To do this to get rid of companies RMTing?

Naw they will leave instead and when it just the hardcore players left cause the casual say fudge it and server pops are major dead then all 150 per serv can sure have a great time.

Change maximum the run for a week, e.g. 7 run per week for each dungeons, after that, you still can play, but the loot will significantly decrease.

The gypsum ore is same, cancel the maximum acquire of each day, the time gate should just in the gypsum cast, so that player can store the gypsum ore when day are free to play, and everyday is just login to craft a gypsum cast

Why crafter only can up the GS from crafting 600GS item, they already spend time and money to reach the trade skill to 200, no reason to climb the GS from 500 to 600 again, if really need to do this process, why crafter make a 501-599 item can not increase the GS, it just illogical

Game’s dying forsure. I look at the steam charts every day. Basically every system that ever existed needs a rework i get it lmao that is why the game is dying.

Yes and no. If your company owns Everfall and nobody ever declares because they know they have no chance to win, then you could go months without PvP.

With huge profits going straight back into improving the companies gear, you end up dominating PvP even more - you basically become unbeatable, both outgearing your opponents and gaining the benefit of being the defenders. Ultimately you reduce the amount of competitive PvP you get which is a bit counter productive.

Just realised that I’ve used “you/your” far too much  Not a personal dig by any extent but was an easy way of expressing my thinking.

My personal view is that company members should basically be given a wage based upon how much they contributed towards the company over the last week. Win a load of wars, do townsboard quests, faction quests, crafting etc and you’ll get a decent chunk. Sit on your ass and don’t do anything, you get nothing.

Imo the problem realy comes from design. If AGS had better anticipated, how usual MMO players act and behave, they might have recognized how to develope the system. This Genre is not new, right? Players tend to exploit weaknesses and blame the devs for it. NW was released too early. Therefore it was logical that we stand, where we are now. I dont think, the devs are responsible for that misery. There are others, who decide. I feel sorry somehow for the enthusiastic dev-team in the case, they have barely to do with NWs problems. They have to do, what they have been forced to. I doubt they can decide important things.
Nontheless, there must follow drastic decisions soon.
Carry on as before leads into a desaster for NW.
