Not sure why they even touched armour mitigation calculation. Everyone stopped complaining about heavy armour after they nerfed heavy heals. All they had to do was change GA Lunge, not 90% of everything in PVP. Makes no sense.

Maybe you should. You knowā€¦ Read the whole thread before you post a ā€œpassive aggressiveā€ answer. You would have seen that I have acknowledged my mistake and also posted a theory about what went wrong for the PvP side. It would save you some face (for whatever that means on the Internet).

ĀæStill no oficial answer? This is pretty bad, i dont wanna play pvp anymore with this trash system. A Light Armor NEVER could take same damage than a Heavy armor. ĀæThat make sense for you AGS?

If you would take the time to test things yourself you would know the armor mitigation ON LIVE SERVERS are fine. This was a video from PTR.

Why is anyone posting about PTR stuff here? PTR stuff is subject to change. Just post it in the PTR section when you can.

Test with medium and heavy armor.

Heavy i have 1700 def takes 250 damage
Medium i have 1100 def takes 221 damage

Yea. I donā€™t trust your testing methods one bit. We have the armor mitigation formula, and thereā€™s no way you take more dmg with more armor rating if the attackerā€™s weapon GS is the same.

Light, medium or heavy doesnā€™t matter.

I tested my self, and this is insane, with only a hat 600, I tank the same as FULL 490 resilient gear
