With recent PTR update there are a lot of changes that either people like or dislike, making a weapon more viable than others, reworking perks and more. It seems that the path of NW is trying to build is still blurry, but there is something that worries me and is the balance than might affect PvP more drastically than PvE or viceversa.
As for example, musket update is based more on PvP reason but it drastically affect PvE, can you even imagine how tedious would be to level that weapon?
Refreshing Move now having a 0.2s cd its again focused more on PvP but it affects even more on PvE, specially tanking.
Grit being moved to 300con not only will make more difficult to constantly spam PvE, but it makes it more entretaining now.
There are a lot of changes that have come up until now and more will come but what if AGS focus or creates a PvP/PvE only affix, I think this would solve a lot of the things that have been brought up with this PTR updates. Not talking about creating new perks that mimics old perks but have higher/lower value, here is an idea:
Refreshing Movement: Light and Heavy attacks reduce your active weapon cooldowns by 2.8%. (PvP only: 0.2s cooldown.)
Adding PvP/PvE only affixes could solve some problems and also let AGS have the option to not affect PvE while taking PvP decisions or viceversa.
