[PTR] Are changes to 50 STR and 50 INT just tooltip changes?

Like the title says. I noticed the tooltip changes in the PTR and I was wondering if they were:

  1. Just tooltip changes or
  2. Actual changes to the 50 bonuses

I’m talking in particular about the 50 STR and 50 INT bonuses

The 50 STR now specifies it’s only melee physical attacks (used to be worded as if ranged physical attacks were also benefitting

The 50 INT now explicitly says “random crits and backstab”. It used to says simply “crits”.

If it’s a change, this would impact ranged physical weapons in particular, since 50 INT now would exclude headshots and 50 STR would exclude ranged physical attack

It’s just tooltip changes, because the perk already does what they say.

50 str already exclude ranged weapon (I think?)

as for the 50 int, I’m pretty sure it’s to clarify that the bonus doesn’t proc from garanteed crit (like the 300dex perk).

What about headshots and the 50 INT perks. Is the perk already not benefitting them?

50 str ALWAYS excluded ranged

Yea, 50INT never increased Headshot damage either unfortunately
