The new PTR Update #5 that was released yesterday contains a virus in the NewWorld.exe file.
I scanned the NewWorld.exe of current PTR update with several Scanners and none of them found a threat.
Maybe your file is just damaged, have you verified your New World PTR installation on Steam?
I think its a false positive that happens on Steam Platform.
