I think fire staff is nerfed too much first of all fireball spell does not have a crit, swapped the places of talents singe and watch it burn is also bad, i am okay with nerfing spellslinger and prophet of fire god, but they did 50% nerf on all other perks in fire staff tree. I am kinda on a fence that i will quit this game as i am ITN main and all INT weapons god a hard nerf, for Ice gauntlet i am okay with a nerf as it was really OP but fire staff just come on what are we going to play then? Void gauntlet has kinda meh range dmg and heavy and light attacks are kinda clucky.

I agree 100%. I’ll switch to HA/GA - it’s already meta IMO and now it’s going to be even better.

Yeah, I don’t like that they took away fireballs chance to crit. Maybe just take away the ability to crit on light attacks, but heavy attacks should still have the chance to crit.

Some of the changes on fire staff was needed,I would like to have a diferent change,since they buffed Flamethrower dmg give Flamethrower grit so you cant be interupted and remove grit from Meteor,you use meteor from range and therefore you dont need grit,but Flamethrower is very close range ability , all other classes in that range have grit on everything.ATM Flamethrower is useless skill since you cant use it at all due to Shockwave meta and a fact that any dmg done to you stops Flamethrower from working

Firestaff definitely got hit a little bit too hard in my opinion. I agree that the damage output on live currently is a bit too high, but man they nerfed every single passive that gives you any damage buff. The switch of singe and watch it burn is also really annoying and unnecessary.

If anything firestaff should be buffed against heavy armor not nerfed. Devs are running this game into the ground. Here’s what will happen:

  1. Everyone will go great axe/hammer.
  2. Game will die.
  3. No profit.

Rethink it.

Yep and they even buffed grate axe and did not fix heavy attack spam animation cancle so they can attack faster with a heavy attack than with light attack…
