I don’t know who’s running New World but that person needs to be fired. Do you understand what a Public Test Realm is for? It’s not just to test Void Gauntlet. It’s to test everything to make sure bugs don’t make it into the actual live game.
What’s really frustrating players is that for everything you fix, you break something else. How is that even possible?
You know the TRADE bug is back right. You go offline and you don’t get any gold (right). Unbelievable. You are supposed to test stuff and then fix it. then release it again so that you can feedback on the fixes until the updates are bug-free. That’s why PTR lasts longer than the pitiful one you put together.
CAN I PROVIDE DESIGN FEEDBACK REGARDING WHAT’S INCLUDED ON THE PTR?
Preview game builds on the PTR are finished with their core development and are in their final phase of testing and bug fixing. Our main focus at this phase is improving quality, although we will appreciate any feedback you have to share.
so I’m not sure why people expected AGS to actually listen to their feedback. They deployed it to make sure they don’t screw up the live environment but other than that they weren’t interested in anyone’s opinions.
“We appreciate any feedback you have to share” basically means talk as much as you want, we won’t be listening anyway.
