This isn’t a post judging the the pros and cons of the upcoming changes from the PTR. But I’m reading through the notes here, and I don’t see a single change made based on feedback from players. Perhaps I’m just missing it, but all changes seem to be going through without a single alteration from the PTR. IF I’m not mistaken, and that is the case, was the PTR just a thing you did to say you did it?
The PTR patch and this patch is way different, seem the patch never made it entirely into PTR
There a couple of change similar but there a lots of change that never happened on the PTR that is going live tomorrow.
They really don’t get it.
Putting aside the fact they should have had a PTR from the very beginning, there’s no way they could have possibly taken feedback culled exclusively from PTR play thus far and done anything actionable with it unless it was already in the works.

In their PTR announcement they said they were mainly looking for bug fixes for things that make it to the PTR. They mentioned that they’d take feedback, but the implication is that it wouldn’t be acted on before the changes made it to the live servers.
