What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
1. I have a GS 600 vital staff with the “Purity of Light” and “Blessed” perks;
2. Get a debuff;
3. Activate “Light Splash”;
4. You will be healed for 60% weapon damage * Healing Power;
5. You will receive an additional 82% weapon damage healing, for removing a debuff and having the “Purity of Light” perk on your lifestaff.
6. Expected to have received additional healing of 82% of weapon damage * “Healing Power”, for having removed a debuff and having the “Purity of Light” perk on his life staff. -
