The named rapier “Putrid Fishbone” drops only from 1 mob named Putris in Reekwater. The issue is that he is lvl 60 and thus only drops up to 510 gs, so it is impossible to get the legendary variant of this rapier. I and others have been grinding for hours just to realise it is simply not possible to get it. Easy fix would be to either have named weapons be able to be boosted with umbral shards from 500gs or just increase the lvl or something along those lines. i’d be a very happy boy if this could be fixed by next patch
