PVE equipment is bad game experience

So dunno if devs are aware but here is the problem. You can farm flagged - but if you are going to do this even if you get best armor you can find with pve perks you better have it 600GS with resileint perks in case you will get attacked while farming.

And that was not that big deal until BS. BS added new type armor fove pve - acid reistatnce. Issue with this one is you are missing gems in armor so you are way behind in terms of pvp if you get attacked.

But even that could be played around. Just run around and put on pvp armor you have in backpack. Issue is you are pvp locked if you get attacked my range user. And 8/10 times in BS acid pollls you are attacked by 1 of this 2:

  • group of players - where most of the time at least one of them is range
  • bow/musket players

So moment they connect a shot you stuck in acid armor. And couse this is sutuation most players that do run flaged do not attack other players around acid pools. Its not fun to kill other player that is runing pve armor that is missing at 12.5-25% dmg mitigation.

Improvment:

  • allow us to change gear if we didnt respond to attack
  • would be great to ahve second set gear on us we can swap between with single button

Top solution:

  • remove all pve perks from armor perks pool. Introdunce new mechanic type of orb/gem whaterver that will contain 1 pve perk we can put as extention to armor we are wearing. So we are always running pvp armor + 4th some pve perk

just use incense and the acid pot in pvp gear

This was not dev intent. There is reason new type of armor was added to the game. I just point out that there are 2 conflicting mechanics in game:

  • pvp flag does benefit you in pve
  • pve armor does make you weaker in pvp

And next time we get new mechanic that does add new armor type, we have same problem. We need fix to that problem not a way to play around part of it.
