PVE needs to be removed from OPR

I have been playing a lot of OPR ever since the leaderboards came out and noticed that all of those competing for the highest spot and especially those competing for highest wins only play in a 5 man premade team. Even though its annoying that u can have 4 premade teams in the enemy team and not one in your own it is what it is. What is annyoing and pretty much unbeatable though is having one or two premade groups that do nothing but backcap and play bob the builder 24/7 to climb those leaderboards. Once one of those premade teams get a respawner and tier 4 gates with a camp they can hold it together with one more group against the entire enemy team whilst the other 10 members of their team cap the remaining points. The amount of times a team has won by tripple capping, while fighting off 20 people at their respawner and repairing their tier 4 gates at the same time is actually insane and needs to stop. I want to play pvp, not a running and farming simulator.

I think not being able to repair the gate while its being damaged or maybe while an enemy is within 5m would help. That way the gate serves the purpose of slowing the enemy down and allowing your team to respond instead of 1 guy being able to stop 5 attackers by storing wood.

Disagree. It add’s strategic play to the pvp instead of a button mashing event.

There’s even gate building in wars.

I do agree it needs rebalancing.

I disagree that only people playing for wins play as a 5-stack. I stayed top 2 by solo queuing.

I personally love doing the PvE side of things specially if I am getting my a$$ handed to me lol.

Who cares about leaderboards its gonna be for the mightiest of the sweatlords anyways

If it isn’t removed it needs to be at least balanced. The command tents should be changed to 1.5, 3 and 4.5% buffs. The amount you receive on door repairs should be nerfed by around 60-70%. It is ridiculous that one person can grief the game and can repair a door to make it un-killable when there is 8+ people hitting it.

Gate repairing is the biggest issue. It needs nerfed in some way.

They’re making it to where muskets/bows will be doing less damage to gates.

Hell, give us siege or something. Let me beat on a door with something made to destroy doors. (Don’t suggest kegs, too easy to destroy)

I’ll usually stop by and kill the big feller for the little ghosty boy, to help with the gate.

BUT, can still be out repaired. Plus the health is so low on it, it’s easy to kill.

Doors are a problem yes, repair rate is too high. They buffed it when they changed respawn from tower to beacon. I have no idea why and it seems no one else noticed this. Revert this change plz.

Id be happy to reduce tent bonus of they buffed up tent hp. Cut tent bonus in half and give them 50000 hp like the respawn beacon has.

Id also increase hp of kegs by at least double to make them a more useful tool. They are way too squishy ATM.

Well, this is when you whip out your weapon with Ruinos perk and…haha, just kidding.

High-tier gates should be sturdy, that’s the whole point of spending so many resources on them. I feel like a better solution is to buff powderkegs, so they can be used as a counter. Right now they are too slow and too squishy.
