PvP as Heavy: Full Feedback as a main Tank

CON scaling is not linear with damage scaling.
If you go 200STR to 300STR you get a noticeable damage bump.
200CON to 300CON is laughable in utility terms, as it will buy you around 2 extra hits while neglecting you any interesting damage output.
CON should have better scaling past 200 and even better past 250, small thresholds that could improve survivability for those that chose the heavy CC lifestyle, as the tradeoffs are immense, such as mobility and general damage output.

Where SnS Rapier, Rapier GA, Rapier Spear in heavy? :x

great feedback. I’m also a main tank (ss/wh) and we’re still very inferior to light armor. we still managed to do 1vx, but any player (light armor) minimally decent, will run away from us endlessly.

I feel like without 300 con, its next to impossible to tank 2 people, yeah 300 str makes killing people allot easier, but you cant survive for crap

SNS is a must for heavy, and rapier SNS does not seam good in my eyes, not good enough to test* So havent bothered.

Rapier fitts int/dex split scaling the best anyway

1vx is next to impossible atm, you might beat 2 people at best, 3-4 is to much.

There’s a guy who plays SS/Rapier on my server. he is a joke, the build is horrible.

This is my most recent video, not even close to what we used to do.

I don’t get why the bow kept trying to melee you.

Okay that was pretty awesome, considering the low damage output, your role is not to kill those guys but you got them damn entertained for a long while

It’s a reflex apparently. I expected bowmen to stop shooting at me once I raise the shield and they potshot at me for whatever reason, even when there are more lucrative targets nearby.

Before heavy armor and 300 const you had 40% extra to stun, slow and roots, the reduction of states now for heavy armor I find great, but I still can’t understand why they have removed the old perk of 300 const. The perk they should just remove is Grit now at 300 const. Almost all the skills already have grit, also adding grit to passive attacks seems excessive to me, even more so since there is the weapon perk that increases the damage per grit.

for the challenge, I don’t know kkkk.

but that confirms my point, any minimally decent dps would just run away.

yes, the function is not a killer.

HUH? lol.

Yeah, it is, mister fps bow user, who believes ranged is harder than melee*

Heavy is the hardest build to play atm, and im 100% sure you would never manage to play it, you would literally commit un-alive irl if u went from ez mode bow light armor to heavy

I cant fathom people who think ranged is hard to play compared to melee, like… you literally only die if you chose to die, W+Shift and u are scot free if you arent skilled enough to deal with a melee opponent xdddddddddd

Ill be honest im not reading all of that. I do know that I put on a set of PvP gear in heavy with a SnS and a GS and im literally destroying people in arenas. The meta is more difficult and the gear can get complex but if you don’t know how to pvp properly anything can roll you.

What makes you think I play bow lmao.
