Pvp during elite chest runs

I suck at pvp and get wrecked alot and yeah I get mad but never would I ask them to leave me alone,I deserve it cuz I flagged so I try to be sneakier or go with a group, you dont get any freebies in here. it wouldnt be any fun without the risk of being attacked and Im a mostly PVE player.

What if they muted you after the first ask? Imagine this scenario please:

Two players are flagged, and running towards the same gathering node.

Player A asks Player B not to kill him.
Player B kills Player A anyway, mutes him, and gathers the node. He’s just trying to chill after work and do some gathering, and doesn’t want to chat.

Player A runs back to the gathering area where Player B is still gathering, and again they both rush towards the same node.
Again, Player A pleads with Player B not to kill him. Player B kills him anyway, and takes the gathering node.

This happens 10 times, over and over.

Player A decides this is unfair and reports Player B. He also gets his whole company and faction to report, leading to a ban of Player B.

This scenario shows that the perspective of Player A is not the full picture. He thinks Player B was abusing and harassing, killing him over and over, 10+ times! In reality, Player B was just casually farming a gathering area, confused as to why this random player kept challenging him for the same nodes.

Open world is litterely no different. The U button is your consent. If you press U you consent to all PvP

player B should be banned, and any one that helps him, as now they are actively group members to harass player A

i dont agree with censorship so i dont agree with muting of players

• are there any limits on how many times a player can kill the same player?
  For example, if the player that got killed comes back 10 times to the same area or respawn on the same camp that has pvp activity, and gets killed 10 times again, is it griefing to AGS understanding? What about 100 times or 1000 times?
• Edit to satisfy everyone, a similar scenario as above. A player got killed X number of times. The player asks to be left alone, but he/she keeps the pvp flag on and says on the same area. Is this to be considered griefing if the other player does not comply and keeps killing the player who asked to be left alone?

Basic human morals would also mean you understand situational awareness. For instance, if there are a bunch of hungry great white sharks circling the water below you, do you jump in? Or do you wait for someone to helicopter you out. Or if you knew that an alley you were about to walk down specifically was going to mug you and rob you, would you still go down that alley? There are other modern ones I could mention regarding worldly concerns about certain pandemics but I will stop there. Point being, basic human morals should also tell you that it is not just about you.

I’m dying lol - You can unflag or move on. Instead, you find a reason to complain, report, play the victim, and cry about something that is literally part of the game.

You never answered my questions from earlier this morning. What is the message you write when you report people for this? Have you gotten a response?

Exactly, I am mostly a PVE player too, but when I do PVP, I flag.

The problem with your argument is your choice of saying “please don’t fight me” when in a game wearing a flag that says “it is ok to fight me”. You might as well be in a boxing match asking your opponent not to hit you. “I won the first two rounds, and now I don’t want to get hit again, so please don’t hit me. Then, I win.”

You are abusing the system by flagging then saying people should not fight you - it’s an exploit.

I say that, moreover, while not liking a lot of the more dedicated PvPers here. If you don’t want to PvP, unflag.
