So obviously it doesnt say it in game anymore but there is conflicting opinions on it Does it still give gathers and loot luck?

It actually never said the +10% loot luck and +30% gathering luck. It should still be in the game unless there was a hidden update we are not aware of, but it not showing now doesn’t really indicate anything other than it never showed up to begin with. A minor bug they never really addressed. It has always said +10?% xp even if you are level 60 and is longer relevant.

I am pretty sure? Have me second guessing myself but almost positive there is a 10% luck which is why people do the flagged trains and all that. Working in dungeons though I think has been debated for a long time. I am not sure, forget if they addressed it in the FAQ because I know people used to do flagged dungeon runs but pretty sure it was eventually stated that it does not apply in dungeons? My guess is that it doesnt go live until the timer ticks down and it becomes active which doesnt happen in dungeons?
Doesn’t matter how much luck they put on its not worth it if you’re out attempting to farm and some loser comes up and kills you even though you are just minding your own business. Then you die respawn and are forced to run all the way back to where you needed to go. People don’t even respect it when you spam crouch to show you aren’t interested in fighting they just kill you anyway even if you don’t fight back or try to run.
You’re right I forgot about flagging for chest runs. Haven’t done them in a really long time. I surprised more dungeons aren’t run in pvp groups just in case it does work.
Flagging has been confirmed a while back to not work in dungeons.
It’s an ancient post, but it’s there somewhere.
