Can we get pvp mutations for opr and future pvp? Keep it out of arena (its to competitive there).

Mutation concepts

  • Reduced CC
  • Increased CC
  • Reduced healing taken
  • faster capture point
  • bonus duration on barons lockout
  • upgrades are 50% off
  • Upgrades for forts are 50% more
