PvP players 600 vs 625 gs

I know that only looking the item stats there is not too much difference between an item lvl 600 and 625, but is the gs system the one that impacts the calculations.

I’m 600 since a few days (with legendary gear) and I have the impression in OPR that there is people who does to me much more damage than me to the them. And it don’t seems to me to be a build or weapon issue.

Is there out any video or something that can corroborate if is true that there is a big difference between 600 and 625 gs?

There is a difference, but you shouldn´t forget the difference about good equipment (=perks), optimized playstyle/weaponcombination, maybe more experience/skill, usage of food/heal pots/dmg reduce pots and the impact of premades.
