PvP Scaling - Open World & War PvP Scaling should be different

It’s a pretty simple suggestion: Different PvP scalings for Wars VS everything else.

While yes, people should be rewarded for their time and effort, random drops, and grinded loot by ‘feeling stronger’ that shouldn’t apply to something that has such a heavy impact on the community’s general gameplay such as wars.

Winning a war in crucial territory grants that faction several bonuses that expedite how fast their players level and gear up in general, which wouldn’t be an issue if it didn’t create an after-effect of weakening the other factions’ progression.

Eventually, the factions that win the initial wars have an advantage in terms of gear and levels, and the longer that keeps happening the more it gimps other factions. Having the PvP scaling in a war adjusted to where the level and gear differences have a smaller impact would give other factions a fair chance of taking over the territory, and would allow players of a larger variety of levels the ability to participate in wars and would prevent a scenario where a faction takes over an entire server and forces the other factions to world-transfer to another server where they’re the ones with the advantage.

In the open-world… Well if you’re running around as a level 10 and get ganked by a level 60 that’s a risk you’re taking lol

TLDR: PvP scaling in wars, and only in wars, should be adjusted to allow for territories to cycle between factions more often, to prevent faction stagnation, imbalance, and a loss of player base in a server.
