Pyrallis - Cannot declare a war, this territory has an upcoming invasion

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Pyrallis

• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  We banded the Covenant together to flip three territories. We were unable to declare war on Everfall because: “this territory has an upcoming invasion.”

• Is this a bug or an exploit:

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: we spent hours to flip an major trading town and then none of the guilds who helped were able to declare war

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No one figured it out yet, we re-logged and restarted. Seems to be a server side issue
