One thing that is challenging in war is finding your team in the clump of players. There is a tiny little icon in the name plate which shows sometimes (not always) if it is your team member, sometimes name plates don’t show at all for your team.
Solution:

Team name plates show as a different colour eg green (something bright)

team name plates are always on eg if you have the setting for 15 plates then 4 will always be on.
This will help with regrouping, supporting your team to push together and healers ensuring their team are getting heals.
