Well damn. Didn’t expect the thread to do this well at all. Some absolute gold in here :+1:

Larger carpets that can cover large floor areas.

Also, a Furnishing Schematic that allows the player to craft large carpets, and select the color based on dyes.

gain weapon xp in OPR

well you do get a rather large amount of weapon xp for open world kills, remember getting 1k+.

I had a great one, When mining an ore, EVERY HIT/SWING you get a percentage of the node instead of the last hit gets the entire lot, It would make more ‘logical’ sense, and the ore ‘tops’ it self up over time if it isnt fully mined and left

Have you ever been in an ori spot where someone pulls mobs to knock you off the node on purpose, gets the last hit and you got nothing apart from… very annoyed? lol

This would atleast give you something

make a search tab for perks in trade post, instead of scrolling over and over to look for gears with sentry and then soldier for example, this will save a lot of time and more active market for those items.

Please look at the survival game Rust and implement their „hover loot“ keybind, that would be absolutely incredible and greatly help with inventory management.

Make Gypsum automatically drop into inventory.

I agree. It is absolutely asinine how over the top rare some of the crafting set pieces are. There is no excuse that it’s common for some crafting set parts to cost upwards of 30% of the entire god damn gold cap!

I agree. Would you want a tab and everything else like it is now, or something more visual?

Yep.

I don’t remember your thread, even if I posted in it before today, but that is due to my memory, not the value of a good thread. In fact, you may have been the inspiration for my own thread, started 8 days after you posted this one.

I was trying to make a system to show off the notional ingame mechanics of how I saw this developing, but health issues made me take a couple weeks off of working on that thread. Not sure if any of my ideas would be of interest, but here is a link to the start I made.

Not feeling to well right now, in fact, so will not be playing NW this morning I think.

Craft Mod converters to give value to all craft mods, same as refining material converter.

I honestly think the gold cost associated with using a converter should be reduced because it costs you 4x mat to convert into 3 of another plus an additional gold cost that makes this mechanic useless. You can buy 4 refining mats for .04 gold and convert it to flux and its still inefficient to use.

Craft mod converter could make ALL craft mods useful. I think it should be associated with crafting level just like refining is.

Armor mods, Armoring.
Weapon mods, Weaponsmithing and so on.

This is brilliant, When my faction gets a reward, I would also like to feel like i’m part of the faction. Let me get money from them. I mean I give em enough via taxes.

100% Agree.

It could be like a menu for governor.

At the end of each week, governor goes to the town hall and sees a pop up menu and you select which upgrades you are going for that week, add something like 10 max and pay for all upgrades for that week.

In case something changes through out the week, just pool the gold allocated to the city and they can remove and change the queue as needed.

100k to Treasury every week. Remainder split to faction active players that are in a company of 20 or more. (So bots can’t get free gold and shell companies that cheese declares get nothing as well. Also would stop people from creating a 1 man company to enjoy free gold.)

RMT sellers have been using territories as a way to acquire gold forever. This could cap the RMT market drastically. It would also stop companies from taking a territory and letting it go to shit while taking in all cash til they get taken back over.

Towns that dont make 100k, have some sort of balancing mechanic for income maybe?

Make ally/enemy abilities visibly different in color. Ice Storms, Grav Wells, healing circles, etc. all look the same. It is absurd there is no visible difference.

In this thread, I have not seen any proposal that would require a MERCHANT to be included in this game.
When you see the unbelievable amount of resources that are thrown away…
