this is exactly the reason someone says F it and uninstalls the game and never comes back cause of trash level customer service. Feels like airline management running AGS… Hey guys lets offer as many flights as possible by like 20% over our staffing model and don’t tell the populous that we don’t have crews for that 20%, then blame it on weather (clear skies) when we can’t produce a crew to operate the flight, so we don’t have to pay them or give them hotels.
