After completing the quest “Animal Instincts” Camp Tier 3 should open. I completed the quest, but Camp is still Tier 2 (I also completed the next quest after it and took the third one). Nowhere is it said that you need to complete the entire chain of tasks of the character “Tosch”.

On videos on the Internet it is shown that after completing the quest “animal instincts” as a reward you receive “camp tier 3”, I did not have such a reward. I just took the quest and completed it.
I found what the problem is. The fact is that Camp Tier 2 should be given after completing the “Friends in Fashion” quest, but it is available immediately. As soon as I completed the quest “Friends in Fashion” then my camp improved to tier 3
