Quest bug - Baited

Completed Catch a Snail and Clam, sat next to Dallas Clemenson with the Clam Bait and he will not let me hand the quest in.

I am not restarting the quest as i nearly fell asleep trying to get the snail and clam.

Edit: Quest text needs to say you need 1 of each Bait in your inventory to hand in the quest.

This is nuts…now I have to run back to where I keep my stuff then run all way back too Dallas…dang…
