[QUEST BUG] Cannot advance from Chronicler to Cabalist in Syndicate faction after finishing the quest

• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  I have just finished the quest for advancing in Syndicate faction from Chronicler onto Cabalist. Quest was finished successfuly but I didn’t advanced. I’m still Chronicler… I checked if the quest disappeared and it did. Now I got a new one to advance even more onto Alchemist, but doing quests does not increase my faction level. I’m stuck here. I tried restarting the game, teleporting, dying, etc. Nothing helps.

  Cannot advance in my faction and faction shop for higher levels is blocked

  No idea, I have just finished the quest and my faction range is still the same and stuck.

I managed to solve problem by resetting a quest visible on the screen and restarting the game twice (completely, not only by relogging).
