[Quest Bug] Northeast of Eden

• What is your character name in New World: Fornix Amygdala

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Abaton

• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  The quest ‘Northeast of Eden’ requires me to ‘Talk to Percy Ellwood’. Percy Ellwood in Last Stand Outpost remains greyed out as quest character. He keeps responding with “I’ve only just arrived here. I need to get my bearings before I start work.”.

• Is this a bug? Yes, I believe so.

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I find myself unable to continue this quest line. It is currently the only remaining quest I have in Edengrove, no other quests available to pick up. Has been in this state for about a week. Completing quests in other zones in the meantime also thus far has made no change.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No.

• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: N/A

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Not exactly sure, for me starting the Northeast of Eden quest. Can obviously not reproduce this.

• When did this happen? Since I picked up this quest, roughly 10 days ago, up to the timestamp of this port and still ongoing.

To add to this, since the last post I have completed the pre-Brimstone sands MSQ up to the point of Tempest. I had cleared nearly all Territory Story arcs with exception for a small number in Reekwater and Shattering Mountains, and obviously the arc in Edengrove where this quest is part off.

Yet, it still didn’t become available.

Since the Brimstone patch, things have unchanged. This bug remains present. The NPC still keeps responding with “I’ve only just arrived here. I need to get my bearings before I start work.”

Oddly enough, after having posted this this morning. It unlocked now. And to be frank, I have no idea why. Is it just time gated 20 days? Seems odd. Since posting it this morning, I’ve completed a few of the post Brimstone quests in Monarch’s Bluff (a zone which I fully completed before) and multiple Brimstone Sands quests.
