Yep, unlike the endgame War Hammer next to last quest where the mob only spawns once after a server restart then never again.

@staff @Luxendra - I know you’ve been busy with exploits… but this has been a reported issue for over a month…
Why is it Carriionstar anyways, when all the rest of the mobs are Haedus mobs?
I’ve worked a great deal to get to the point where I could be in this area to do these quests, and now I’m told I can’t finish it in an appropriate manner? I hate HATE camping mobs.
