Quest "Facing Destiny" doest complete

I have this exact same issue with Facing Destiny. I suspect that you need to visit a TIER 3 Outfitting Station, but all the Stations on my server (El Dorado) are T4+. Right now, I have the item crafted, equipped, etc. but the quest will not complete, and I cannot progress the quest line. Is there an ETA on patch that fixes this? Or it be completed for those affected so we can continue to enjoy the game and progress the story? Thank you!

EDIT: Just logged in and the quest update worked after visiting an outfitting station, and I was able to complete it. If someone did something thank you!!!
