Yes have same bug in server Amenti impossible kill this mob for quest “Maw of corruption” mob always evade if he move 2-3m away from orichalcum ore.

Same bug on Karkar server. He always reset when move away from a aggro location by 2meteres… Its impossible to kill.

When you destroy the ore, an tendrill spawn and boss randomly disapeard after he reset. Probably because he cannot find the ore to mine.

fix pls all bosses in this dungeon reset if they walk away from their respawn point by around 3-5 meters

having the same bug… extremely frustrating idk how this is possible… how do they think this was acceptable?

We finished it with 5 by standing next to one of the walls, walking into it constantly and tanking the damage. Anytime he pushes you out from the wall run around him or directly back into the corner to keep your whole group wedged into the wall. Took a few tries with good dps it’s doable.

Definitely bugged af though.

When you first walk up to the boss, the little half wall on the right wedge yourself in that where the two “blocks” meet. Took us a couple tries but worked, you might be able to do it next to a few of those half walls.

Bugged on Iroko EU too. Completely infuriating. Spent all day doing these quests and now it can’t be completed.

Radio silence from AGS.

Found a way to do this boss with the bug today. Teammates stand on the half wall, tank stands under and does EVERYTHING possible to stay in the corner. Video here: Mozrul The Herald How To Kill With Bug! | New World - YouTube

Still bugged. Two weeks after launch.

Same on EU Kantia, but after 3rd try instead of resetting he just disappeared and he hast spawned for hours. We cant continue with questline please fix it :smiley:

Same problem.

Spent all day yesterday doing my weapon quest and get to this step and the boss just keeps resetting no matter where I tried to fight him.

It also has a terrible melee hitbox where his legs block and push you around but your swings don’t hit him and do damage.

This issue is still persisting today on US East Server Frislandia.

Trying to get a group together to :cheese: the boss against the wall, as it appears in the video above, is very difficult. It is hard to reliably recreate the fight and get the kill to progress the epic weapon quest.

Is there anyone here that can update anyone on the status of this bug?
