Quest Radius - It's Broken, Questing is Broken, the Game is Broken

Hi,

The quests won’t count, if you kill or skin a creature outside of the “invisible” quest radius even if you need to kill or skin an exact creature. It’s just won’t count, at all. You need to stay inside the radius in order to complete the related quest.

When you are inside the “invisible” quest radius, the quest icon appears on the creature outside the radius. However, when you go near that creature, the icon disappears and even the quest is not completed. Even if you pull this creature inside the quest radius, the quest is not counted.

I’m almost playing over 200 hours, I have had enough weird design of combat, questing, server structure, and etc.! It’s not a full version, it’s an extended open beta. Even, maintenance went wrong, somehow. The issues listed to be fixed after the update wasn’t fixed. Please make an effort to fix the game as promised.

I know, there are so many examples, that released bad situations, but they made the game more playable than this one in a couple of months. In 2 or 3 years, most of the bugs these games has fixed and became playable. But their first launch was not like this. The problems of game designs in these games were caused by various bugs. In New World, there is a big game design issue rather than a bug.

You need to keep this game under development for almost 2 or 3 years more.

Sincerely,

The quests have bold text when you are within the range.

I’m talking about the bug of already failed and repetitive quest design. There is an invisible area for the quest, which is clearly indicated in all MMOs, and even if you are outside of this area, if you have obtained the relevant object or killed the creature, the quest will be completed. The reason for the illogicality here is that this mission design is misconstrued. I also know that when you go to the clear area of the task, it appears in the task list on the right and lets you know you have a quest here. However, that’s not the case I want to talk about.

Being courteous gets you places and makes you less likely to being ignored: How to Give High Quality Feedback

I’m not being rude. However, my comments were not for an “individual person” but for the “unthinkable process”. I think my feedbacks are not false or wrong, but simply bugs that can be fixed. If a little bit of closed beta and open beta feedback had been considered before, it wouldn’t have come to this. Again, my comments were not for an “individual person” but for the “unthinkable process”.

I disagree. Any reasonable person would understand your original post as referring to a collective group of individuals, an attack of their personal intelligence and sense of worth and are not of an objectively constructive nature.

I admit that I made some comments which may seem aggressive, but I have no intention of insulting anyone in any way! I’ll edit texts to make you think about it. Because I did not write these messages with the intention of insulting. I just think, sadly, that the game didn’t release as promised. Also, in my experience, their feedback document is not implemented. It looks as if there is a roadmap and they will evaluate the feedback after this roadmap is finished.
