  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: picked up quest from main town progressed around doing the rest of the drops was unable to do last a circle i#with a cross threw it came up

  • Stuck and cannot progress faction xp or rep, please help.

I cannot complete Trial of the Cabalist due to having run out of Psychokinetic Absorbers. I have one more to place to complete the quest. Currently, my options in journal are to pin or to reset. Abandon is not available to me for this particular quest.

I lost the last quest item by placing it a point I had already placed earlier in the questline. I have also heard from other players that this issue was in Beta and can also be replicated by being interrupted while placing the Psychokenitc Absorber.

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: yes but unable to progress

    Resetting the quest made no difference.Still could not place the trace absorber.

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: unable to place the Trace Absorber at Sorrowsilt village and then unable to reset quest

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Unable to finish quest and progress.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Blocked in upgrading faction level, Resetting the quest, game, computer made no difference. Still could not place the trace absorber.

Found this reddit thread… seems silly there’s a limit to trace absorbers given to the quest…
