Hello Dear Customer Support ,i have question.if i delete my character main lvl 60.i have 3 skins buy it already and have 15000 marks.and say You will retain your purchased items .what mean ? if i create another character start lvl 1.all skins i buy it from in game store and my 15000 marks.will be return to new character?

All the items purchased using your account are bound to your account and not to your character.
So you will keep all of them
