Hey… i wanted to ask if anyone could explain to me the why are prices so high of some items being sold in trade chat … i have seen ppl selling for 200k and 400k but when i check i see only bad perks on that item
What perks are good and worth it ?

It just depends on the weapon or armour.
On dry tree armour that sells for 200k plus has shirking fort, resilient, and another bis perk (freedom, refreshing ward, etc)
Weapons such as thwarting strikes, refreshing move and another bis perk (keenly empowered, attunement, etc) on great axe.or attunement, enchanted and another bis perk on ranged weapons.
it may be a bidding, who wills to pays more gets the item and this price might go high, but it’s only my guess
There also a lot of people who drop « fake « current order just to inflate price. If you see a bad piece advertisement for 100+ you can be sure seller is just trying to inflate price without having real buy price
So shirking fort is a rly good perk? Because i was wondering most expensive items had it to … Good to know

Shirking fort is bis perk yes.
Fortify is overpowered, it is the most important buff for dmg reduction and having the ability to proc it for 6s after a successful dodge is great.
In group combat you want to be at fortify cap for as much of the fight as possible. If you can get 20 percent fortify just from dodging. Then you need less from other sources such as fortifying sacred ground, fortifying perforate, fortifying shield rush etc.
