To what does “Once in game messaging is posted” refer?
Is the second part of the sentence saying that after a merge players cannot transfer servers?
My understanding is that there are no transfers after a merge. Which makes sense. Mergers are the intended solution. Not transfers. If you don’t like your world set, think about transferring before the merge. There’s no point in them figuring out what worlds to merge only to have a bunch of folks transfer off afterwards.
I think people on these servers cannot transfer until merge. New characters are not enable on these servers too (only on the server that will not change = merge center)
