So I have a few charms I’ve found while grinding and they give certain perks for crafting armor/weapons/etc. An example is this Orichalcum Arcanists charm which gives the perk of “Arcanist mastery”; this perk is described as giving “+5 minimum Arcanist Crafted Item Quality”. However, when I’m at my armoring station this charm is not able to be added to give this perk to my armor… where is this charm intended to be used??? Is this bugged???
