[Question] Should i open Tempest Boxes now or later?

I reached level 60 ~4 days ago, i’ve been doing Tempest Dungeon a lot, after every Dungeon i get a box reward, im still very low GS(525 avg), should i open those boxes when i’m max GS(600) to get higher GS Gear/Weapons? Or the boxes will get the GS the moment i got them?
