What happened: I picked up a town project to turn in 5 large Salmon. I went to a fishing hole and when I caught my first Large Salmon, the quest dropped out of my inventory. I caught 4 more and went to turn it in, but the quest was gone from the town project board.
How to replicate? Not sure if it can be replicated. I’ll have to wait and see for this quest to show up again.
