I’m currently trying to skin 3 Bison for my Syndicate quest but there just aren’t any anywhere, I have seen 1 total in about 30 minutes and I’ve now just had to abandon the quest and give up. You need to drastically increase the spawn rate of quests mobs.
anything involving animals should be ignored because you’ll have 3 spawns and like 20 players trying to snag a kill. either temporarily give them a 10 sec respawn or just remove the quests from the game(as they’re pretty much filler nonsense anyway).
