Queue Aphophis bugged! FOR NEW PLAYERS

hello im almost 4 hours in que for fresh server on apophis and went from 573 to 570 ??? is it some kind of bug or what

Same here. Same server.
Had black screen after creating character, had to restart the game.
3 hours in queue (ā€œfor new playersā€) 308 and it has not shortened even by 1ā€¦
And I was trying when there was no queue!
WHATS GOING ON
Cant make new character because server is locked, so what is the solution?

My friend have the same problem.

Me and few others from my company are in the same trouble. Iā€™ve queued 3 hours ago at 677, currently sitting at 674

I started earlier than most of my friends, and I am still not in
I went into queue around 15:00, Itā€™s been 3 hours~

i went into que at 13:30 now its almost 18 not looking good q.q

Is that true that new players have lower queue prio than players who already passed tutorial? My position in queue changed by 5 through 3 hoursā€¦

I havenā€™t even moved a 100 in queue, and been here since 14:00

Two hours and still no update for all of us waiting on Apophis, not great customer service.

guys it started working for me , all i did was left a que and wait about 5m to reset que now im like 1300 from 1450 q.q slowly making my way :wink:
