Queue times and lag

I personally feel like it is important to fix the issue that currently is the waiting times in queues and the amount of lag.
i am not sure how this could be fixed but i had been in queue for about 2 hours to play for 10 minutes and get kicked off the game cos lag…
i have been back in queue again now for about an hour and progress is slow.
the reason this needs a fix and cant be waited out is cos this will occur again with every dlc if not fixed.
thoughts?..

edit: no more queue times on my server so issue has been fixed.

Exactly what happened to me, except the lag was on my side.

(Before you read further, take note that I play on one of the least populated servers in EU, so telling me to switch servers as a solution would be a truly dumb advice to give at this point.
